Your mission
Mission: Help, Coach, Motivate and Learn together with a team of motivated and passionate Account Managers. Also, be the face of Pleez for restaurants chains and contribute to improve our retention and quality.

Your profile
You are a passionate Customer Success Manager with proven experience managing Strategic Accounts & Leading by Example with colleagues and reportees.

You have excellent communication, strong analytics skills and above all have an entrepeneurial mindset that allows you to DO things and be PROACTIVE.

You are willing to take risks, to ​fail but also to succeed alongside your teammates. 

Knowing your way around RESTAURANTS is a plus - if you have experience in the industry please let us know right away!

We provide competitors data that restaurants don’t have, machine learning backed recommendations for restaurants to improve their delivery offering (pricing, promos, menu composition..) and AI-powered features, like delivery menu pictures / dish description creation.

With Pleez, restaurants have their delivery channels on auto-pilot. Now, they just need to focus on cooking.
